Riding is possible only for marked areas, trails and lakes/rivers etc. Riding in anywhere else needs permission from landowner. You can use road area only when you have to use bridge or road to cross some impossible riding area like weak iced river or canyon etc.

familiar pictures you have! I was in WY in 2005 at SNOWMOBILEEXPO. http://www.putfile.com/kertturacer. We were living at Golden West Motel. Kurt, the owner, he is just a great guy! He is visiting very often at SNOWEST.COM forum http://www.snowest.com/fusetalk/messageview.cfm?catid=8&threadid=259368&enterthread=y. Me and my guys had a REALLY GOOD time there.
I think, we'll never, ever, won't forget that time in there in the SNOWMOBILE PARADISE!!
Well, as we can see, it is a small world nowadays. This net makes everyone be closer each other. We can share our experiences in snowmobiling with each other no matter where we live. Now, I'm gonna open another beer and WISH YOU ALL SLEDDERS HAPPY EASTER!!!

The Golden West Motel is one of my main Sponsors! Kurt and Shel are very nice people. Yes, Kurt is on Snowest.com often. We just got back from West Yellowstone about 3 weeks ago.

Thank you for the link. I like the pictures and the videos. Does your race series race on the grass too? Do you guys run any laydown snowmobiles (like the flat ones in my photos?)

We have only 4-6 races per year where we race for Finnish champpionships. We race also couple races in Sweden/Norway as well. Also we have Nordisk championship race between Finland-Sweden-Norway. We have stock 600 and 800, Prostock, Open mod 1000 and Open Fuel 1600 Classes.

We have not started snowmobiling yet in our area. We should be able to snowmobile in the mountains in the next couple of weeks. Do you guys watch the NFL in Finland?

I think there is nothing available to translate finnish websites to english

Season is starting in north part of Finland pretty soon. I hope after couple of weeks.

Yeah, the season hasn´t started here yet.. It´s been snowing for 2 days now so I guess the winter is slowly kicking in.
NFL isn´t shown on the free TV-channels we have, don´t know about the pay-channels though.

The superbowl is broadcasted every year though.

If you find something really interesting in the kelkkalehti.com you can translate separate words with "Ilmainen Sanakirja"(The free dictionary), for example.

I just heard that there is a shooting at a school in Finland.

I am very sorry to hear about that! I am praying for those that are affected.

 

8 Died, 7 students and principal. Shooter is now a vegetable, tried to kill himself by shooting to head. Happened first time in Finland.
So Sad. :'(

 

actually 6students, a school nurse and a principal.

 

Actually that wasn't first time, our principal said morning that there were last time shooting at school in Finland year 1989.
