Hi! I maneged to, after a werry werry long time, figure out how to become a member of this site. I´m from sweden so i realy dont know a word finnish. So I would appreciate if you could speak english in this tread, so i have a chance to answer. I hope this is ok, so you guys dont hate me? (i realy like your forum so i wantet to join) Werry well then. The whole thing begun with my old ZR 580 from 95. I drove it stock all last season. But this summer i figured that i wantet to go long track. And after that i decidet to get a 700 engine, and then there was turbo. etc. etc. So, right now these are the plans: * 700 engine * 365cm track with 40mm lugs * home made tunnel extention * whider fottrests (home made) * 6½" riser * home made dropbrakets * boggie setback * light waight hood * EXT 580 seat * Plastic skis from -99 snopro * handlebar from -99 snopro * handquards from Sherco Motorbike * Team arctic cat snow-flap And offcourse every rivet is new, and all parts is painted. The snowmobile is going to be white / black. White: A-arms skid-rails handlebar steeringpost ski-mounts chainchase recoil starter seat And pritty mutch the rest of it is going to be black, with some small green details. Some pics of painted parts: And a litle pic of the turbo project (i know, not so good welding, but i did my best) More pics as the project goes along. Please comment! (remember i dont speak a word finnish) / Daniel H Sweden
Re: Arctic Cat Zr 700 Mountain Turbo. ok. Anyways, here´s some picture of how it looked before i started the project: ( i had just mounthed the snopro handlebars) And here´s some pictures of how it looked it this summer (started the project in june, this is in august): But then i figured that it only lookes like a -99 snopro ore something, so teared it apart again (2th time this summer) and now it looks like this: And i also made new speedos: And here´s my homemade riser: And the last for today, my homemade tunnel extention: Welded a frame: Then i cut out some aluminium and bent it by hands so it chould fitt nicely. And finaly, some lists so it look more "fabric" made. Comments please!

Re: Arctic Cat Zr 700 Mountain Turbo. Yamppa: thank you=) XTRacing: thank you, and it´s not that bad, not as bad as my finnish 250 : The engine itselfe gives about 120hk. But with the turbo i´m aming at 170hk, for starters. Then when everything works, i´ll probably try to take out over 200. But there´s long before then. HemmoX : Thank you=) J.R: what?:S J.Morgan: Am I beeing "outfrozen" ore someting =(
